Biography for Roz McKechnie

Roz McKechnie came in to the Institute in December 2003 to collect forms to enrol for her Masters in Health Science degree, and when it was discovered that she did transcribing, was employed full time over the holidays and part time during the first half of 2004 as a transcriber.

Her Masters thesis topic was about people's experience of receiving palliative care. On completing her Masters she was awarded a scholarship to do her PhD and she is currently in her second year. In the meantime she continues to do transcribing part time.
